Welcome to the Elevator Safety Run 2026. By registering and participating in this event,
you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read the information carefully
before completing your registration.
1. Event Registration
- Registration is confirmed only after successful online payment.
- Registrations are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged.
- Participants must provide accurate and updated personal information.
2. Fees, Refunds & Cancellations
- Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- In case of event postponement due to weather, safety, or government orders, the registration will be transferred to the rescheduled date.
- No refunds will be issued for personal cancellations.
3. Participant Responsibilities
By participating, you agree:
- You are medically fit to run and have no condition that prevents participation.
- You will follow all instructions given by organizers, volunteers, and security staff.
- You understand that running events carry the risk of injury, and you participate voluntarily.
4. BIB & T-Shirt Collection
- Participants must collect their BIB and T-Shirt on the scheduled Expo/Collection day.
- BIB numbers must be worn visibly during the run.
5. Timing & Results
- Organizers will not be responsible for any timing equipment malfunction.
- Final results will be published on the official event website.
6. Photography & Media Consent
- By participating, you authorize the organizers to capture and use photographs/videos for promotional purposes.
- No compensation will be provided for such use.
7. Safety & Medical Support
- Medical and emergency support will be provided at the venue.
- The organizers reserve the right to stop any participant deemed unfit to continue.
8. Misconduct
Your participation may be cancelled without refund if:
- You engage in unsportsmanlike behavior
- You run with someone else’s BIB
- You violate event rules or safety guidelines
9. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through Razorpay.
- By making payment, you agree to Razorpay’s terms & conditions.
- Any dispute regarding payment will be handled in accordance with Razorpay policies.
10. Virtual Run – Courier & Delivery Charges
For participants registering under the Virtual Run category:
- Courier charges will be charged additionally based on delivery location..
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier service availability.
- Organizers are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or incorrect address details provided by the participant.
